Shipping Elite Pricing Structure...
Shipping Elite keeps all pricing as simple as possible. We know as a business owner, you need to keep your costs under control and you need to know exactly how much you will be charged at all times.
That's why we have NO HIDDEN FEES, AND NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS.
With Shipping Elite, there are only two fees you will ever have to pay.
1) A small storage fee for us to keep your inventory in our warehouses.
Your storage fee is only $0.02 per day, per individual item that you store with us. If you send us 50 items and all 50 items are stored in our warehouse for 30 days, your total storage fee is only $30.
Since we charge by the day, you are not locked into a monthly commitment of any kind. Also, as you sell merchandise, you are only charged for the number of days those items were in our warehouse.
As an example, let's say you sell car stereos online. You ship us 10 car stereo units to be stored in our warehouse. If you sell all 10 units after 7 days of us receiving those in our warehouse, you will only be charged $0.14 per stereo total, or $1.40 for all 10 ($0.02 per item x 10 items x 7 days).
2) A flat rate shipping fee to anywhere in the US or Canada as shown in the chart below.
The only other fee you pay is our Ground Shipping costs for shipping these to your customers. The shipping fees are based on the weight of your items as shown below. We will use either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on which method will get to your customer the fastest.
Out of the thousands of orders we have shipped, we were able to calculate the average cost per shipment to each part of the country. Some packages we ship cost more than the prices listed below (and we lose money), some cost less (which helps cover the packages we lost money on). Overall it tends to break even over time.
Because of our unique pricing system, you as the business owner will know EXACTLY what your costs will be for shipping.
Simply take the total weight of all items you are shipping to a customer, look at the chart below and immediately see how much it will cost you to ship that order. You can then build that cost into the price of the product or charge your customers the prices below. Or, you can put some of the cost into the product and charge less for shipping. It's completely up to you!

When the product sells, you only pay the standard shipping fee & the amount of storage days you used for that item.

Note: As you sell your inventory from the warehouse, your daily cost will be reduced to the amount of the remaining inventory for that day.
For example: If you send us 100 items, your total maximum storage cost is just $2 per day. As you sell the inventory, your storage costs decrease each day to equal the amount of items remaining in the warehouse. See chart below:

The only other fee to use our service is the flat rate shipping fee based on the weight as indicated in the calculator above.
Note: The shipping fee used in the calculator above is the Maximum you will pay per order. If you ship more than 500 packages per month, we can reduce your shipping fee based on volume. The calculator gives grounds shipping fees. If you need 2nd Day Air or international shipments, please see our full pricing page here. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are extra
If you need to insure your package a small insurance charge will apply (whatever the carrier actually charges us is all you pay).
The shipping rates above are for packages that are less than 5,100 cubic inches (L x H x W). Oversized shipments, or boxes larger than 5,100 cubic inches will incur a higher shipping fee. For example, a box that is 18" x 12" x 10" is 2,160 cubic inches.
Discounts Available For High Volume Accounts:
Our shipping rates can be lowered if you ship out a lot of orders. If you ship more than 750 orders per month, we will lower your flat rate shipping fee for your account. The more we ship, the better deal get on shipping fees, which we can pass on to you in the form of a discount. High volume accounts that ship over 2,000 orders per month get an additional rate cut.
